1956 18 foot Lyman Runabout
The current owner purchased this 1956 Lyman 18′ runabout in 2007 and had it shipped from Michigan to NJ. The following spring she was transported to Greenville, Maine.
The boat model is B-1650 and has a Graymarine 100 6-cylinder engine of 100 hp. The current owner has had the following work done on the boat:
*Zenith updraft carb rebuilt
*Starter motor rebuilt
*Generator rebuilt
*Distributor rebuilt
*Bottom paint (Pettit copper based)
*Touch up of topside paint and varnish
*Addition of Lovett 6V bilge pump
*New 6V battery in 2014
*Added mooring cover (Sunbrella)
*Added cockpit cover with side curtains
*Replaced all hoses including exhaust and exhaust water hose
*Full tune up twice (cap/rotor/points/condenser/plugs/ignition wires/timing)
*Replaced front and rear seat cushions
*Addition of anchor and 100′ 3/8 nylon line
*Addition of mooring lines
*Addition two docking fenders
*Removal, cleaning, and removal of gas tank and re-installation
*Yearly oil changes have been done with oil that has the proper zinc additive for this age of engine
*The boat has been properly winterized and stored
